We previously had this van on consignment as a rental (through our rental company), but it was sold and underwent a DIY remodel. When we got the opportunity to buy it, I didn’t hesitate to pick it up in Albuquerque and drive it back to Phoenix. It drove great when we had it and feels just as good, if not better, now.
We’ve had a lot of questions about the condition of the van and what issues it has. Everything works, and looks good. Someone put a lot of time and love into it. However, the craftsmanship is not the same as a quality, professional build. Again, it works the way it is so we'd rather keep it affordable and sell it as is, rather than over restoring it and having to raise the price. At this price, it’s probably the nicest fully built van out there. I just want to be transparent and set expectations accordingly.
We do have a lot of service records and details on it as well. It recently had the oil cooler replaced, new spark plugs, fresh fluids (oil and coolant), and new front brakes (pads and rotors). The tires have 2024 date codes and look brand new. This van is ready to hit the road!
